Indeed, wintergreen is known for its anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic effects. This oil is often used for arthritis and rheumatism. Does also has a positive and sometimes analgesic effect on muscle strains, tears and cramps. Lemon eucalyptus has antiseptic, antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties. Add one or two teaspoons (5-10 ml) to your bath filled with warm water and enjoy the positive properties of these carefully chosen essential oils. This specific blend has a positive effect on the recuperation after heavy sporting sessions or when being sore after having worked out. 

Given the properties of vegetable oils, caution is advised when getting out of the bath. They can leave a residue that makes the bath slippery.
